You have reached the personal website of Olof Johansson. I'm currently working as a system developer in Lund, Sweden. I'm an alumnus of Software Engineering (PT) at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden (and exchange alumnus of Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, United States).

My interests include networking and unix administration (especially DNS) as well as programming and development tools (e.g. version control systems, issue tracking systems and unit testing frameworks, etc). I consider myself a free software hacker and geek. I am the author of some minor hacks: primarily in C and Perl. You can contact me on IRC; I'm on the Freenode and OFTC networks using the nickname zibri.

Outside of computing, I have an interest in literature, especially science fiction, with favorite authors such as Alastair Reynolds and Isaac Asimov. Other (non-scifi) authors i enjoy are Naguib Mahfouz and Umberto Eco. I'm also interested in science and education; I'm a big fan of people like Carl Sagan, Neil deGrasse Tyson (he has an awesome twitter feed!), Richard Dawkins and James "The Amazing" Randi.

This site is powered by ikiwiki, with a git backend. It's a static wiki, without it being oxymoronic. It's great...
